The following notes are adapted from a series of ritual workings with the Intelligences and Spirits which are associated with the Planetary kameas or magic squares. A wealth of information exists on this subject, as a quick Google search will demonstrate. In an effort to avoid repeating information that is readily available elsewhere, I wish only to point out a few basic observations that have resulted from our work.

Clearing a blocked charka can be a complex and laborious practice. Clearing long term blocks often requires long periods of self-analysis, willed change and the revealing and letting go of suppressed emotions. Once a charka is cleared, it’s not necessarily cleared forever. In fact, very rarely is this the case. If regular clearing exercises are not done, the charkas will tend to collect what amounts to psychic residue over time.
